Healthy Attitudz® LLC is founded on the principal that making healthy choices now not only improves your wellbeing today, but also improves your quality of life later. My mission is to help inspire and educate children on the benefits of making healthy choices. It is imperative that we give children the proper education, tools, and inspiration to help them become independent thinkers when it comes to their health and wellbeing.
The idea for Healthy Attitudz® came about after monitoring trends and identifying a potentially huge void. In today’s current education system children are not learning about health until they are older. The typical health class does not take place until the child is close to 12 years old. It is my belief that this is a huge void. As you know, 3 years of age & up are crucial learning years. A child’s capacity to absorb information and generate behavioral patterns and habits is vast and wide. There is a huge opportunity for us to teach them early and give them the gift of a higher quality of life now and in the future. Another red flag is not only the existing rates, but the rising childhood obesity rates. The number of children suffering from obesity and it’s insidious side effects has been off the charts. Overall, it is clear that something must be fundamentally wrong with the patterns followed today; however as a team we can make positive changes. My goal is to turn this huge void into an opportunity for all of us to reach out and help children and families across the nation fill the void with the proper inspiration, education, and tools to make living healthy an easy, fun, and priceless journey!
Parents, the voids mentioned above are no reflection on your hard work as parents. It’s not your fault. All parents want to do what is best for their children and their families as a whole. Life gets really busy and sometimes you just need help in making changes and finding the proper inspiration, education, and tools that work. Healthy Attitudz® is here to help and serve you as we embrace this opportunity together and turn around the health of our future leaders.
